The Dallas Wings upgraded leading scorer Arike Ogunbowale to probable on Tuesday ahead of their all-or-nothing Game 3 Wednesday against the visiting Connecticut Sun.

Ogunbowale underwent surgery to repair an iliac crest core muscle avulsion earlier this month. At the time, the Wings said she would miss at least the rest of the regular season and the first round of the playoffs.

But Ogunbowale was reportedly a full participant during the portion of Tuesday’s practice open to the media.

The 25-year-old All-Star guard finished tied for third in the league in scoring at 19.7 points per game. She also averaged 3.3 rebounds and 3.6 assists in 30 games while shooting 40 percent from the floor and 35.2 percent from 3-point range.

Dallas gets Ogunbowale back at a crucial time. The sixth-seeded Wings and third-seeded Sun split the first two games of their first-round playoff series in Connecticut, leading to a winner-take-all Game 3 in Texas.
