Hunter “SicK” Mims of the Sentinels’ Valorant team remained jailed on Thursday, leaving his team to look for a sixth player.

SicK was arrested on Saturday in Collin County, Texas, and the jail’s online records showed he was still being held on a criminal trespassing charge days later.

Dot Esports reported that SicK, 24, was arrested after he refused to leave a Ferrari dealership after being asked to do so. He was booked on a Class B misdemeanor and being held on a $5,000 bond.

The Los Angeles-based Sentinels suspended SicK after his arrest, and CEO Rob Moore tweeted Wednesday night that the organization will stand behind him.

“Sentinels has and always will be committed to supporting our players through any hardships they may face, this has been no different with Hunter,” Moore wrote. “Our goal is to support Hunter during this difficult moment. However, due to the upcoming start of the franchise league, we will be looking to sign a 6th man that is able to take up the spot he’s left vacant for the time being. I appreciate the community’s patience as we get through this together.”

Dot Esports reported the organization is in discussions with Jimmy “Marved” Nguyen, formerly of OpTic Gaming, to become the sixth man during the Americas League. Play runs from April 1 through May 28.

The 23-year-old Canadian won a championship with OpTic in April 2022 at VCT Masters One Reykjavik in April.
