100 Thieves released Valorant coach Hector “FrosT” Rosario, and team member Nick “nitrO” Cannella is considering a return to CS:GO, according to a report by Upcomer.
100 Thieves finished third in the Valorant Champions Tour Last Chance Qualifier last month, failing to qualify for the Champions tournament. After winning the First Strike NA event last December, the roster did not achieve the expected success in the VCT 2021.
FrosT spent the past year as the team’s coach and becomes a free agent.
Meanwhile, nitrO is undecided on whether he will return to CS:GO, potentially going back to Team Liquid, according to the report. He was seen playing FACEIT matches with former Liquid teammate Jonathan “EliGE” Jablonowski and even joked that he would “save” the team, according to Dexerto.
Should nitrO leave, 100 Thieves’ remaining Valorant roster would consist of Spencer “Hiko” Martin, Ethan “Ethan” Arnold and Peter “Asuna” Mazuryk, with the team potentially looking to fill two roster spots.

100 Thieves will compete in the Valorant Championship Tour in North America in 2022, but will need a new in-game leader if NitrO departs.
