UFC: Jared Cannonier takes care of Gregory Rodrigues at Fight Night

Jared Cannonier knocked out Gregory Rodrigues just 21 seconds into the fourth round of their main-event middleweight fight on Saturday night at UFC Fight Night in Las Vegas.

Cannonier (18-8-0) used punches to down Rodrigues for his first win since June 17, 2023. Rodrigues (16-6-0) saw a three-fight winning streak come to an end.

Youssef Zalal (17-5-1) defeated Calvin Kattar (23-9-0) in featherweight action, taking the cards 29-28, 29-28, 29-28. Dylan Budka (7-5-0) didn’t even last one full round before he was knocked out by Edmen Shahbazyan (14-5-0) in a middleweight bout.

Other winners Saturday included lightweight Nazim Sadykhov (10-1-1) and middleweight Andre Petroski (13-4-0).
