NTMR and Timeless are among four teams tied atop the standings for the Overwatch Champions Series’ North American Stage 1 after opening Week 3 with victories on Friday.

NTMR swept Avidity 3-0 while Timeless defeated Amplify 3-1, keeping the latter as the only winless team in the competition. Both victors have won three of their four regular-season matches.

The $100,000 tournament, played online, features eight teams. The regular-season round robin will conclude Feb. 23, with six qualifying teams heading to the double-elimination regional playoffs.

The first-place team will take home $30,000, the second-place team will make $20,000 — and both will earn berths in the OCS’ Champions Clash.

On Friday, NTMR prevailed 2-1 on Nepal Control, 3-0 on Suravasa Flashpoint and 3-0 on Dorado Escort. Turkey’s Denis “Lethal” Tari was selected the match MVP.

Timeless fell behind after a 2-0 loss on Lijiang Tower Control, but rebounded with three straight wins — 1-0 on Dorado Escort, 3-0 on Suravasa Flashpoint and 142.41m-11.95m on Esperanca Push — to clinch the victory. American Julian “Raikker” Bevien-Guevarra earned MVP honors.
