The Ottawa Senators are not bringing back goaltender Cam Talbot next season.

General manager Pierre Dorion told reporters Monday that the team will not re-sign the impending free agent.

Talbot went 17-14-2 with a 2.93 goals-against average and .898 save percentage this season.

Dorion said Talbot is seeking a two-year deal and more money than the Senators are willing to offer, according to TSN.

Talbot, 35, joined Ottawa last July in a trade that sent goalie Filip Gustavsson to the Minnesota Wild.

Talbot is 218-156-36 with 28 shutouts, a 2.65 GAA and .914 save percentage over 10 seasons with six teams.
