Najee Harris rushed 27 times for 122 yards and two touchdowns as the Pittsburgh Steelers kept their playoff hopes alive with a 30-23 victory against the host Seattle Seahawks on Sunday afternoon.

Jaylen Warren added 75 yards and a touchdown on 13 rushes as the Steelers (9-7) won their second consecutive game. Mason Rudolph, starting for the injured Kenny Pickett, completed 18 of 24 passes for 274 yards. George Pickens made seven catches for 131 yards.

Geno Smith was 23-of-33 passing for 290 yards and one touchdown for the Seahawks (8-8), who had a two-game winning streak snapped and saw their postseason chances diminish.

Smith was stripped of the ball while being sacked by rookie linebacker Nick Herbig midway through the fourth quarter. Herbig recovered the ball at Seattle’s 16-yard line to set up Chris Boswell’s third field goal of the game, a 21-yarder with 4:31 left, which gave the Steelers a 30-20 lead.

The Seahawks reached the red zone before stalling, settling for Jason Myers’ 24-yard field goal with 2:01 remaining to make it a one-possession game. The Steelers recovered the ensuing onside kick and ran out the clock.

Harris scored on a 4-yard run up the middle midway through the third quarter to break a 17-all tie.

The Steelers rushed for 145 yards in the first half in taking a 17-14 lead.

Warren capped a 14-play, 80-yard drive by scoring untouched on an 18-yard run to put Pittsburgh up 7-0 with 1:47 left in the first quarter.

Seattle’s Kenneth Walker III scored on a 13-yard run around the left end to tie the score at 7-all.

Boswell’s 39-yard field goal on fourth-and-16 put the Steelers up 10-7.

Smith then hit Jaxon Smith-Njigba with a 12-yard scoring strike into the back of the end zone on third-and-11 to give the Seahawks the lead at 14-10.

Harris scored on a 9-yard run up the middle with 1:36 left in the first half to put Pittsburgh ahead.

Seattle tied the score on the opening drive of the second half, as Myers kicked a 43-yard field goal.
