New Orleans Saints All-Pro right tackle Ryan Ramczyk is recovering from surgery for a knee injury that limited him to just 10 games in 2021, NFL Network reported Wednesday.

The procedure, aimed at cleaning out the knee, was considered minor.

Ramczyk, 27, had missed only one game in four prior seasons. He earned All-Pro honors in 2019 and was second team All-Pro in 2018 and 2020.

The Saints selected Ramczyk No. 32 overall in the 2017 draft out of Wisconsin. He signed a five-year, $96 million contract extension in June.
