NFL: Reports: Ken Dorsey joining Cowboys as pass-game specialist

Ken Dorsey is expected to join the Dallas Cowboys’ coaching staff as a passsing game specialist, multiple media outlets reported Monday night.

Dorsey most recently served as the Browns’ offensive coordinator, holding that post for the 2024 season. Cleveland let him go on Jan. 5.

Before his stint with the Browns, Dorsey was the quarterbacks coach for the Carolina Panthers from 2013-17, then took on various roles with the Buffalo Bills from 2019-23.

Dorsey, 43, will be working under Brian Schottenheimer, who is preparing for his first season as Cowboys coach. Dallas fired Mike McCarthy on Jan. 13 after five seasons at the helm.

The Browns ranked 28th in total offense and 32nd — dead last — in scoring last season with Dorsey as OC.
