Offensive tackle Terron Armstead is retiring from the NFL, according to multiple media reports.

Armstead is a five-time Pro Bowl selection and was a second-team All-Pro in 2018.

The New Orleans Saints selected him in the third round of the 2013 NFL Draft. He played nine seasons for the franchise, starting 93 games.

In 2022, he signed with the Miami Dolphins, with whom he spent the final three years of his career.

Last season, Armstead suited up in 15 games for the Dolphins. The 33-year-old was still at the top of his game, posting an 89.4 overall PFF grade (third among offensive tackles). He was rated in the top 10 in both pass blocking (84.8 grade) and run blocking (83.4).
