The Las Vegas Raiders will not tender a contract to wide receiver DJ Turner, a restricted free agent, multiple outlets reported Monday.

Turner, 28, started six of his 12 games last season before going on injured reserve on Dec. 3 with a knee issue. He caught 16 passes on 29 targets for 158 yards and one touchdown — all career highs.

He also rushed five times last season for 33 yards and one score and returned seven punts for 77 yards.

Players can become free agents with the NFL’s new league year starting on March 12.

Had the Raiders tendered an offer for Turner it would have been at a cost of $3.3 million for 2025 season.

Turner played a total of 31 games (six starts) over parts of three seasons with Las Vegas and didn’t have a reception until 2024 as he had played more on special teams.
