The Miami Dolphins are adding former Green Bay Packers defensive coordinator Joe Barry to their coaching staff, NFL Network reported Tuesday.

Barry, 53, will be the linebackers coach/run game coordinator under Miami head coach Mike McDaniel and new defensive coordinator Anthony Weaver.

The Packers hired Jeff Hafley as their new defensive coordinator. Barry was not retained after three seasons in the role on Green Bay coach Matt LaFleur’s staff.

Barry also has been a defensive coordinator with the then-Washington Redskins (2015-16) and the Detroit Lions (2007-08).

Anthony Campanile coached the Dolphins’ linebackers for the past four seasons.
