NFL: RB Darrynton Evans to sign with Colts

Free agent running back Darrynton Evans signed a contract with the Indianapolis Colts on Friday.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed by the Colts for Evans, who worked out for the club earlier in the day.

Evans, 24, had 14 carries for 64 yards in six games with the Chicago Bears last season.

He has rushed 30 times for 125 yards and added five catches for 71 yards and a touchdown in 12 career games with the Tennessee Titans and Bears. He was selected by the Titans in the third round of the 2020 NFL Draft.
