The Baltimore Ravens waived wide receiver Diontae Johnson following a short stint with the team.

Johnson reeled in just one catch for 6 yards and received a one-game suspension for what the team said was refusing to enter a game against the Philadelphia Eagles on Dec. 1.

The Ravens activated fellow wideout Anthony Miller from the practice squad in a corresponding move on Friday.

Johnson, 28, was with his third team in 2024 after he was traded from the Pittsburgh Steelers to Carolina in March and then moved from the Panthers to the Ravens in October.

A third-round draft pick in 2019 out of Toledo, Johnson had 30 receptions for 357 yards and three touchdowns in seven games (all starts) for the Panthers earlier this season.

In six career seasons, the 2021 Pro Bowl selection has 422 receptions for 4,726 yards and 28 TDs for the Steelers (2019-23), Panthers and Ravens.
