Coming off a career-high nine-sack season with the Ravens, outside linebacker Kyle Van Noy agreed to a two-year contract with Baltimore on Wednesday.
Terms were not disclosed, but NFL Network reported that the deal was worth $9 million and could reach $11 million if incentives are met.
Van Noy, 33, joined the Ravens’ practice squad in late September on a one-year, $1.4 million deal and made his team debut in Week 4. In 14 games, he finished with 30 tackles — including nine for loss — four passes defended and two forced fumbles, helping the Ravens lead the NFL with 60 sacks in 2023.
A second-round pick of the Detroit Lions in 2014, Van Noy has 500 tackles, 42.5 sacks, 72 quarterback hits, 12 forced fumbles, nine fumble recoveries and three interceptions in 142 games with the Lions (2014-16), New England Patriots (2016-19, 2021), Miami Dolphins (2020), Los Angeles Chargers (2022) and Ravens.
Van Noy won a pair of Super Bowls with the Patriots and scored three touchdowns with the team, including on a 35-yard pick-6 with New England in 2021.
