The Detroit Lions announced Thursday that they signed free agent cornerback Mac McCain. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

McCain, 25, played two games for the Eagles in 2021 and spent most of the 2022 season on their practice squad as Philadelphia reached Super Bowl LVII.

McCain ended the season on the practice squad and did not sign a futures deal with the Eagles.

He made three tackles in his two 2021 appearances.
