All-Pro edge rusher Haason Reddick will make his debut for the New York Jets on Sunday against the host New England Patriots, Jets coach Jeff Ulbrich said Friday.

Ulbrich said Reddick, 30, will not have restrictions on his playing time against the Patriots (1-6) after ending his contract-related holdout earlier this week.

The Jets (2-5) obtained Reddick in the offseason from the Philadelphia Eagles for a conditional 2026 draft pick. He missed all of training camp and the start of the season, requesting a trade in a contract dispute.

Reddick, who was seeking a long-term deal, was due to make $14.25 million in the final season of his three-year, $45 million contract.

ESPN reported that the team will not assess him more than $12 million in fines that accrued during his holdout in exchange for him joining the team on Monday. The report said Reddick agreed to an “adjusted contract,” with his newly hired agent, Drew Rosenhaus saying they are working on a long-term extension with the Jets.

Reddick has recorded 50.5 sacks over the past four seasons.

A first-round pick (13th overall) by Arizona in 2017, Reddick is a two-time Pro Bowl selection with 410 tackles, 99 quarterback hits, 58 sacks and 16 forced fumbles in 114 games (81 starts) with the Cardinals (2017-20), Carolina Panthers (2021) and Eagles (2022-23).

Ulbrich also ruled out guard Alijah Vera-Tucker (ankle), safety Ashtyn Davis (concussion) and defensive lineman Leki Fotu (knee). Safety Tony Adams (hamstring) and wide receiver Allen Lazard (chest) will be game-time decisions.

“(Adams is) probably doubtful right now,” Ulrich said Friday. “We’re still going to assess him. We’ve still got some time here. Allen Lazard is in the same kind of boat with his chest (injury).”
