NFL: Falcons retain ILB Nate Landman

The Atlanta Falcons re-signed inside linebacker Nate Landman on Wednesday.

Terms of the deal weren’t announced by the team. Landman was an exclusive rights free agent.

Landman was Atlanta’s third-leading tackler last season with 110. He also had three forced fumbles, two sacks and an interception in 16 games (14 starts).

Landman was not selected in the 2022 draft after playing at Colorado. He signed with the Falcons and played in seven games in 2022.

Safety Jessie Bates III led Atlanta with 132 tackles last season and outside linebacker Kaden Elliss was second with 122.
