Ramsey clinched the win for Miami with an interception in the end zone with 22 seconds remaining. Las Vegas was at the Dolphins’ 39-yard line and O’Connell was throwing deep for Tre Tucker.

Over five minutes later, the Raiders went for it on fourth-and-6 from the Dolphins’ 24 and Christian Wilkins was about to sack O’Connell when he desperately tried to throw the ball. It fluttered directly to Phillips, who returned it 4 yards to the Miami 38 with 3:04 left.

Dolphins running back De’Von Achane returned after a four-game absence due to a knee injury. But he was hurt again, exiting after injuring a knee just past the midway part of the first quarter.

Miami led by just one at halftime before Jason Sanders kicked field goals of 41 and 51 yards to give the Dolphins a 20-13 advantage entering the final quarter.
