DJ Moore caught two touchdowns against his former team as the Chicago Bears blasted the visiting Carolina Panthers 36-10 on Sunday afternoon.

Caleb Williams threw both TD passes to Moore and finished with 304 yards on 20-for-29 passing as the Bears (3-2) improved to 3-0 in home games.

Moore, in his second season with Chicago following five seasons with the Panthers, finished with 105 yards on five catches.

Bears running back D’Andre Swift gained 73 yards on 21 attempts with one touchdown. Roschon Johnson had two touchdown runs.

Chuba Hubbard gained 97 rushing yards on 13 carries with a 38-yard touchdown burst for Carolina (1-4), which has lost two games in a row. Quarterback Andy Dalton completed 18 of 28 passes for 136 yards and an interception before Bryce Young, who was benched following the second game of the season, came in to throw for 58 yards in the fourth quarter.

The Bears outgained the Panthers 424-292 and didn’t commit a turnover while Carolina had three giveaways.

The Panthers had less than 100 yards of total offense until their final possession of the first half, when they picked up 43 yards before Eddy Pineiro missed on a 45-yard field goal attempt on the last play of the half.

By halftime, the Bears had four touchdowns and Carolina had five first downs.

The Bears led 30-7 on Cairo Santos’ 33-yard field goal in the third quarter following Kevin Byard’s interception of Dalton. The final touchdown came on Johnson’s 1-yard run with 4:23 to play.

Hubbard’s touchdown run came on Carolina’s second possession for the first points for either side. Moore then scored on a 34-yard pass from Williams for Chicago to tie it 7-7.

Johnson and Swift punched in 1-yard touchdown runs for the Bears in the second quarter.

Both teams failed to convert on first-half fourth-down plays in opposing territory. The Bears capitalized after the Panthers’ turnover on downs in the final minute of the half via Williams’ 30-yard TD connection with Moore.
