Arizona Cardinals tight end Trey McBride has been ruled out for Sunday’s game against the visiting Washington Commanders due to a concussion, head coach Jonathan Gannon announced.

McBride, 24, has a team-leading 14 catches to go along with 122 receiving yards in three games this season for the Cardinals (1-2).

He has 124 receptions for 1,212 yards and four touchdowns in 36 career games (28 starts) with Arizona.

Higgins, 23, has four catches for 41 yards and a touchdown in three games this season.

He has 18 receptions for 204 yards and two touchdowns in 14 career games (two starts) with the Cardinals.
