Tampa Bay Buccaneers inside linebacker K.J. Britt was placed on injured reserve Tuesday with an ailing ankle.

Britt will miss at least the team’s next four games after being placed on the list. He sustained the injury during Tampa Bay’s 21-3 loss to the Carolina Panthers on Sunday.

Britt, 24, has three tackles in seven games this season. He has played on 79 percent of the Buccaneers’ special teams plays in 2022.

He has 15 tackles in 24 career games since being selected by Tampa Bay in the fifth round of the 2021 NFL Draft.
