Cleveland Browns rookie right tackle Dawand Jones will miss the rest of the season with a knee injury that requires surgery.

Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski made the announcement Monday.

Jones made nine starts in place of the injured Jack Conklin, who is also out for the season. He appeared in 11 games overall after the Browns selected him in the fourth round of this year’s draft.

Jones sustained the injury in the Browns’ Week 12 loss to the Los Angeles Rams and missed Sunday’s game against Jacksonville.
