Green Bay Packers running back Aaron Jones and wide receiver Christian Watson are both active for Thursday night’s home game against the Detroit Lions.

Watson will make his season debut, while Jones will see his first game action since Week 1.

Jones, 28, sustained his injury at the end of his 35-yard touchdown catch-and-run in Green Bay’s 38-20 victory over the Chicago Bears on Sept. 10. He sat out the Packers’ 25-24 loss to the Falcons the following week and 18-17 win over the New Orleans Saints on Sunday.

Watson, 24, hasn’t played this season due to a hamstring injury. He recorded 41 catches for 611 yards and seven touchdowns in 14 games (11 starts) as a rookie in 2022.

For the Lions, running back David Montgomery and left tackle Taylor Decker are active and expected to play. Cornerback Emmanuel Moseley (knee, hamstring) was among the inactives released 90 minutes before kickoff.

Montgomery, 26, sat out the Lions’ 20-6 victory over the Atlanta Falcons on Sunday with a thigh injury. Rookie Jahmyr Gibbs rushed 17 times for 80 yards in his absence. Montgomery has 37 carries for 141 yards and two touchdowns in two games this season.

Decker, 30, had missed the last two games due to an ankle injury.

The Packers’ inactives for Thursday were guard/tackle Elgton Jenkins, cornerback Jaire Alexander, wide receiver Malik Heath, safeties Anthony Johnson Jr. and Zayne Anderson and linebackers De’Vondre Campbell and Brenton Cox Jr.

Green Bay also placed left tackle David Bakhtiari (knee) on injured reserve earlier in the day. Rasheed Walker figures to step in as the starter at left tackle.

The Lions’ inactives were running back Zonovan Knight, fullback Jason Cabinda, guard Halapoulivaati Vaitai, defensive lineman Brodric Martin, safety Kerby Joseph and Moseley.
