More college football players entered their names into the college football transfer portal over the weekend, with USC offensive tackle Courtland Ford among the most notable.
Ford started 12 games for the Trojans, including the Cotton Bowl, and he has three years of eligibility. A former three-star prospect out of Cedar Hill, Texas, he reportedly had chosen USC ahead of Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee, TCU and Oregon.
Two-time All-Mountain West cornerback Patrick McMorris from San Diego State entered the portal and soon announced his commitment to Cal, where his brother Malik McMorris works as a graduate assistant on the coaching staff.
