Kennedy Chandler and Justin Powell led all scorers with 15 points each as the Volunteers defeated the Blue Hose in Knoxville, Tenn.
Chandler led the Volunteers (5-1) with seven assists on a night when Tennessee dominated from the 3-point arc (14 of 27). Powell shot 5 of 5 from long distance while teammate Victor Bailey Jr. was 4 of 8 to account for most of his 14 points.
Winston Hill and Kobe Stewart each had nine points for Presbyterian (5-3).

Marcus Sasser tied a season high with 26 points as the Cougars rolled over the Demons in Houston.
Sasser scored 23 points and drilled seven 3-pointers prior to the intermission to pace the Cougars to a 35-point halftime lead. Taze Moore added 17 points for Houston (6-1) while Jamal Shead chipped in 12 points and nine assists.
Emareyon McDonald scored 17 points while making 3 of 6 3-point attempts for the Demons (1-7).

R.J. Cole led all scorers with 25 points to help the Huskies fend off the Hawks in Hartford, Conn.
Tyler Polley scored 14 off the bench for UConn (7-1), which has won back-to-back games since taking its first loss of the season, a 64-60 setback against Michigan State at the Battle 4 Atlantis tournament on Thursday.
Isaiah Whaley added eight points, seven rebounds and five blocked shots. UConn shot 43.6 percent (24 of 55) from the field. Da’Shawn Phillip and Mike Mensah finished with 12 points apiece and Zion Styles chipped in 11 to lead Maryland-Eastern Shore (2-5), which took its third consecutive defeat.
