Top international basketball prospect Dwayne Aristode told ESPN on Sunday that he has committed to Arizona.

Aristode, a 6-foot-8 forward from the Netherlands, selected the Wildcats over Duke, Southern California, Michigan State as well as the NBL Next Stars program. He is the No. 28 overall recruit in the Class of 2025, per 247Sports.

“The winning culture (head coach) Tommy Lloyd has built at Arizona is remarkable,” Aristode said. “They play fast and have the right balance between structure and giving players freedom.”

During his time as an assistant at Gonzaga, Lloyd has helped other international players such as Domantas Sabonis (Lithuania), Rui Hachimura (Japan) and Kelly Olynyk (Canada) in their development.

Aristode is entering his second season of high school basketball at Brewster Academy in Wolfeboro, N.H.
