Atlanta Hawks guard Trae Young was fined $25,000 on Monday for throwing the ball into the stands a day earlier.

Young chucked the ball in celebration after the Hawks’ A.J. Griffin scored on a buzzer-beater to defeat the Bulls, 123-122 in overtime on Sunday in Atlanta.

Young scored 19 points and had 14 assists for the game.

Young responded to the fine with a tweet that began with a string of laughing emojis.

“Sorry to the hawks fan(s) who got a chance to touch the game winning ball. Didn’t know I couldn’t do that,” Young wrote. “Can’t Celebrate (expletive) anymore.”
