NBA: Report: Nuggets, Zeke Nnaji agree to four-year, $32M extension

Denver Nuggets forward/center Zeke Nnaji agreed to a four-year, $32 million deal, ESPN reported on Saturday night.

The report cites Nnaji’s agent, Adam Pensack, as the source of the news.

The deal kicks in at the start of the 2024-25 season. Nnaji will make $4.3 million this season in the final campaign of his four-year rookie deal.

The 6-foot-9 Nnaji, 22, is averaging 5.0 points and 2.6 rebounds in 136 games (seven starts) over his first three seasons. He averaged 5.2 points and 2.6 rebounds in 53 games (five starts) last season.

Nnaji played one season of college basketball for Arizona before declaring for the 2020 NBA draft and being selected 22nd overall by the Nuggets. He led the Wildcats with averages of 16.1 points and 8.6 rebounds, 57 percent shooting percentage and 28 blocks while playing in all 32 games.
