NBA: Nets waive G Armoni Brooks

The Brooklyn Nets waived guard Armoni Brooks on Saturday.

Brooks, 25, appeared in 10 games as a reserve this season, averaging 4.2 points, 1.8 rebounds and 0.5 assists in 10.4 minutes per game.

For his career, Brooks has played for the Houston Rockets (2020-22), Toronto Raptors (2021-22) and Nets, who signed him to a two-way contract on July 18, 2023.

Brooks has played in 84 games (16 starts) and averaged 6.6 points, 2.3 rebounds and 1.2 assists in 17.5 minutes per contest.
