NBA: Clippers F Kawhi Leonard (knee) out vs. Kings

Los Angeles Clippers forward Kawhi Leonard has been ruled out of Tuesday’s game against the host Sacramento Kings due to right knee soreness.

Leonard, 32, scored 23 points in 37 minutes on Sunday in the Clippers’ 130-118 victory over the Charlotte Hornets.

He is averaging a team-leading 23.7 points to go along with 6.1 rebounds and 3.6 assists in 68 games (all starts) this season.

A six-time All-Star and two-time NBA champion, Leonard is averaging 20.0 points, 6.4 boards and 3.0 assists in 696 career games (667 starts) with the San Antonio Spurs, Toronto Raptors and Clippers.
