MLS: Orlando City sign Juninho, Javier Otero to short-term deals

Orlando City SC signed midfielder Juninho and goalkeeper Javier Otero to short-term agreements on Friday from Orlando City B of MLS NEXT Pro.

Juninho, 22, and Otero, 20, will be available for Saturday’s game against the host New England Revolution.

Juninho has a goal and two assists in 11 starts this season as Orlando City B’s captain.

Otero has started 12 games this season and has three clean sheets and 36 saves for Orlando City B. He was recently called up to the Venezuelan national team for its friendlies in the United States. In 29 career appearances for Orlando City B, he has seven shutouts and 136 saves.
