Dunning, who is dealing with a shoulder issue, is 3-2 with a 4.10 ERA through seven starts this season, striking out 43 batters and walking 17 in 37 1/3 innings. He has allowed seven home runs.

Dunning, 29, is 26-27 with a 4.16 ERA in 105 career games (94 starts) with the Chicago White Sox (2020) and the Rangers.
