The Baltimore Orioles postponed Thursday’s home opener against the New York Yankees due to a forecast for severe inclement weather.

The game instead will be played Friday at 3:05 p.m. ET at Oriole Park at Camden Yards.

Friday originally was an off day in the three-game series between the American League East rivals.

Tickets for Thursday’s game will be valid on Friday.
