Veteran infielder/outfielder Adam Frazier is rejoining the Pittsburgh Pirates on a one-year contract.

Terms of the deal announced Wednesday were not disclosed but multiple reports put the value at $1.525 million.

Frazier, 33, was a sixth-round pick by Pittsburgh in 2013 and played for the Pirates from 2016-21.

He batted .202 with four homers and 22 RBIs in 104 games last season with the Kansas City Royals.

Frazier is a lifetime .264 hitter with 60 home runs and 339 RBIs in 1,066 games with the Pirates, San Diego Padres (2021), Seattle Mariners (2022), Baltimore Orioles (2023) and Royals. He made the National League All-Star team in 2021.

Frazier has appeared in 734 games at his primary position at second base, including 650 starts. He was a Gold Glove finalist there in 2019 and 2020.
