Sunday’s game between the Cleveland Guardians and Minnesota Twins was postponed due to inclement weather in the Minneapolis area.

The game was scheduled to be made up as part of a day-night doubleheader on Aug. 9.

Cleveland extended its winning streak to four games by capturing the first two contests of the three-game series versus Minnesota. The Guardians are scheduled to play their home opener against the Chicago White Sox on Monday.

The Twins have lost four of their past five games heading into Monday’s opener of a three-game series versus the visiting Los Angeles Dodgers.
