The Colorado Rockies’ series opener against the visiting San Francisco Giants on Thursday was postponed due to inclement weather in the Denver area.

The game will be made up as part of a split doubleheader on Saturday. The first game will begin at 2:10 p.m. ET, and the second will start at 8:10 p.m. ET as originally scheduled.

The Giants (75-71) have won five of their last six games heading into this four-game series.

The Rockies (53-92) have won two in a row following a five-game losing skid.
