Rowdy Tellez and Sal Frelick each doubled with the bases loaded during a seven-run sixth inning as the Milwaukee Brewers rallied for a 10-6 victory over the visiting San Diego Padres on Sunday to extend their winning streak to a season-high eight games.

The National League Central-leading Brewers erased a 4-2 deficit in the decisive sixth with four hits and five walks off three Padres pitchers.

Mark Canha singled with one out and Brice Turang walked, chasing starter Michael Wacha. Steven Wilson (1-2) entered in relief and walked Andruw Monasterio to load the bases. Tellez lined a pinch-hit, two-run double to right. Christian Yelich was walked intentionally, and Carlos Santana walked to force in the go-ahead run.

Nick Martinez took over for Wilson and Frelick sliced a double to left to make it 7-4. Willy Adames walked to load the bases and Canha followed with a two-run single to left.

San Diego made it 9-6 in the seventh on three walks, a hit batter and three wild pitches by rookie Abner Uribe, who failed to get an out. Hoby Milner came on and retired three straight Padres to end the threat.

Milwaukee made it 10-6 in the bottom half of the inning on an RBI double by William Contreras.

Brewers starter Adrian Houser was lifted after the second with what the Brewers announced as minor right forearm tightness. Houser allowed four runs on four hits in a 43-pitch outing. Bryse Wilson (6-0) followed with four scoreless innings for the win.

Gary Sanchez had a two-run homer, his 18th home run of the season, and Matthew Batten a solo shot, his second homer, off Houser to put the Padres up 4-1 in the second.

Milwaukee pulled within 4-2 in the third when Wacha walked the first four hitters to open the inning.

The Padres took a 1-0 lead in the first when Ha-Seong Kim walked to open the game, advanced to third on Juan Soto’s single and scored on Manny Machado’s fielder’s choice. Contreras tied it in the bottom half of the frame with his 14th homer.
