LOL: Upper-bracket semis set at Championship of The Americas North Split 1

Team Liquid and 100 Thieves claimed the final two spots in the upper-bracket semifinals of the League of Legends Championship of The Americas North 2025 Split 1 in Los Angeles on Sunday.

Both teams won their upper-bracket quarterfinal matches 2-0. Liquid defeated Dignitas, and the Thieves disposed of Disguised.

All matches in the double-elimination tournament are best-of-three aside from seed definition matches, which are best-of-one. Four of the eight participating teams will qualify for the Cross-Conference tournament, which will start on Feb. 15 and run through Feb. 23.

The Thieves played both of their matches on red and won in 29 and 30 minutes. Team Liquid opened their sweep with a victory on red in 33 minutes.

Those winners will square off on Feb. 2.

Play resumes Feb. 1 with two matches:
–Dignitas vs. Disguised (lower-bracket quarterfinals)
–Shopify Rebellion vs. LYON (lower-bracket quarterfinals)
