KT Rolster made three roster changes Monday, parting ways with support Jun-soo “Zzus” Jang, substitute mid laner Woo-hyun “Ucal” Son and academy bot laner Woo-jin “HyBriD” Lee.
Ucal’s contract ran through 2022 but requested to become a free agent a year early. Zzus and HyBriD were not renewed after their contracts ended.
KT Rolster had two seventh-place finishes this year in League of Legends Champions Korea, while Ucal and HyBriD were removed from the main roster after the spring split. The team went 7-11 at LCK Summer 2021 and was 6-12 in LCK Spring 2021.
The team won the 2018 Summer Split playoffs, but has not finished higher than fifth in a spring or summer split since.
