Gen.G parted ways with League of Legends head coach Yeong-dal “oDin” Ju on Tuesday.

The South Korean organization cited a mutual agreement for the decision.

“Head coach oDin has been with the Gen.G LoL team through many highs and lows and we thank him for the commitment he has shown, as well as the sacrifices he has made for this team,” Gen.G wrote on Twitter.

“From player to coach to head coach, oDin has dedicated his professional career to our journey and so it is with heavy hearts that we part ways today. We wish him all the best as he moves on to the next chapter of his career.”

oDin was appointed SSG’s coach upon entering League of Legends play before joining Gen.G when they were known as KSV eSports. He was promoted to Gen.G’s head coach in November 2020.
