DOTA: Xtreme Gaming lead Group B at Betboom Dacha Dubai

Xtreme Gaming surged to the top of Group B in Tuesday’s action at the Betboom Dacha Dubai 2024 tournament in the United Arab Emirates.

XG swept Azure Ray to improve to 2-0-1 in the group stage at the 12-team Dota 2 event. XG won in 26 minutes on green and 40 minutes on red.

OG swept nouns and Team Spirit and BetBoom Team played to a 1-1 draw in the other Group B matches.

There were three sweeps Tuesday in Group A, with LGD Gaming defeating Aurora, Team Liquid beating Virtus.pro and Team Falcons handing Gaimin Gladiators their first loss of the competition.

The round-robin group stage in the $1 million tournament runs through Thursday, with the top four teams in each group advancing. The double-elimination playoff stage runs from Feb. 11-16. All matches are best of three except for the best-of-five grand final.
