Sebastien “Ceb” Debs has called an end to his professional Dota 2 career.

The 29-year-old previously hinted at his decision after saying that The International 10 likely was going to be his last tournament after Team Spirit eliminated OG.

“The win-or-die mindset, which has driven the entirety of my career… I don’t have it in me anymore,” Ceb said. “I never commit to a team or to people unless I know I’m ready to give every drop of energy and every second of my time into it. Now even my body is getting hurt by it. And I have to listen to my own body. As much as I’ve given to this game, I can’t do it anymore.”

OG showed their appreciation for Ceb by posting a video on social media on Thursday, as well as the following message:

“After many years of hard work and dedication, @Ceb is stepping down from competing at the highest level,” OG wrote on Twitter. “Even though he closes this chapter, his journey with OG is just starting, many adventures are still to come. Thank you, Ceb.”

OG’s active roster consists of only Finland’s Topias “Topson” Taavitsainen and Denmark’s Johan “n0tail” Sundstein.
