Evil Geniuses parted ways with William “RUSH” Wierzba from their Counter-Strike: Global Offensive team.

RUSH, 29, joined Evil Geniuses in January 2022. The American rifler was with Complexity Gaming from 2019-21 after stints with Cloud9 and OpTic Gaming, among others.

“Today we say farewell and most importantly, thank you, to RUSH,” Evil Geniuses wrote Wednesday on Twitter. “We want nothing more than to support his competitive desires and wish him the best in his future endeavors.”

RUSH took the high road in his response on social media.

“Officially a free agent. I appreciate all the support EvilGeniuses has given to me over the past year or so,” he wrote on Twitter. “I’m still open to opportunities for CS/CS2 as a player AND as a coach.”
