ATP: ATP roundup: Roberto Bautista Agut makes Adelaide final

Fourth-seeded Roberto Bautista Agut of Spain advanced to the finals of the Adelaide International 2 in Australia on Friday with a 7-6 (4), 3-6, 6-3 victory against Aussie Thanasi Kokkinakis.

Bautista Agut, 34, overcame 20 aces by Kokkinakis and saved nine break points he faced in the deciding set to secure the win in two hours and 35 minutes.

Bautista Agut will face SoonWoo Kwon in the final after the South Korean recorded a 7-6 (6), 6-7 (2), 6-3 win over Jack Draper of Great Britain. Kwon fired 13 aces and benefited from six double faults to dispatch Draper in two hours and 45 minutes.

No. 2 seed Cameron Norrie of Great Britain advanced to the finals in Auckland, New Zealand, with a 6-3, 6-4 victory over Jenson Brooksby.

Norrie, who grew up in Auckland, recorded 11 consecutive points over one stretch while improving to 6-0 on the season. He ended up serving out the match to end the contest in one hour and 38 minutes.

Norrie will face Richard Gasquet in the final after the Frenchman defeated countryman Constant Lestienne in a walkover. Lestienne pulled out due to a pectoral strain.
