Josef Newgarden made it look easy Saturday, running away with the Hy-VeeDeals.com 250 at Newton, Iowa, for his fourth win of the season.

Newgarden led 208 laps and held off Pato O’Ward for the checkered flag.

“I was surprised how hard these guys were pushing the restarts,” Newgarden said. “I was disappointed after qualifying, but I knew we had a car today that could win this race.”

Will Power finished third, with Rinus VeeKay and Scott Dixon rounding out the top five.

Alex Palou came in sixth, Romain Grosjean followed him, with Marcus Ericsson, Graham Rahal and Christian Lundgaard rounding out the top 10.
