Harrison Ingram drove for a tiebreaking layup with 34 seconds remaining and Stanford upset 15th-ranked Southern California for the second time in 16 days, winning 64-61 on Thursday in Los Angeles.

Seeking to double up after a 75-69 home win over the Trojans on Jan. 11, Stanford (12-6, 5-3 Pac-12) found itself in a 60-all tie after a Drew Peterson 3-pointer drew USC (17-3, 7-3) even with 55 seconds left.

After Ingram put the Cardinal up two with his hoop, USC’s Isaiah Mobley connected on just the first of two free throws with 14 seconds to go, leaving the Trojans down 62-61.

The win gave Stanford its first season-series sweep of USC since 2014-15. Stanford’s Jaiden Delaire and USC’s Peterson shared game-high scoring honors with 14 points apiece.

No. 2 Gonzaga 89, Loyola Marymount 55

Chet Holmgren recorded 21 points, nine rebounds and three blocked shots to lead the Bulldogs to a convincing victory over the Lions in Spokane, Wash.

Nolan Hickman scored 11 points as the Bulldogs (16-2, 5-0 West Coast Conference) defeated Loyola Marymount for the 25th consecutive time. Gonzaga stretched the nation’s longest active home-court winning streak to 63 games.

Keli Leaupepe had 12 points and eight rebounds for Loyola Marymount (9-9, 2-4), which shot just 32.8 percent and was 6 of 22 from 3-point range. The Lions have dropped 32 straight games in Spokane, last winning there in February 1991.

No. 6 Purdue 83, Iowa 73

Isaiah Thompson scored 10 of his 18 points in the final 11 minutes to help the Boilermakers hold off a rally by the Hawkeyes in Iowa City.

Jaden Ivey scored 15 points and Trevion Williams tallied 12 points, 10 rebounds and five assists for Purdue (17-3, 6-3 Big Ten). Sasha Stefanovic sank four 3-pointers and scored 14 points as the Boilermakers completed a regular-season sweep of Iowa.

Iowa (14-6, 4-5) struggled to generate offense as conference scoring leader Keegan Murray was saddled with early foul trouble and sat out much of the first half as the Hawkeyes fell behind by 15. Murray recovered in the second half to score 12 of his 14 points to go along with his nine rebounds. He and twin brother Kris Murray, who scored 23 points before fouling out, led the rally that fell short.

No. 7 UCLA 81, Cal 57

Jaime Jaquez Jr. scored 15 points, Cody Riley added 14 points and the Bruins rode a stifling defensive effort to a rout over the Golden Bears in Los Angeles.

Trailing 11-9 early, the Bruins (15-2, 7-1 Pac-12) went on a 10-0 run to build a lead they never relinquished. Jules Bernard scored 12 points and grabbed five rebounds, and Peyton Watson came off the bench for 12 points and a team-high six rebounds.

Cal (9-11, 2-7) shot just 6 of 21 from beyond the arc. Sam Alajiki was the only Golden Bear to score in double figures, notching 11 points.

No. 11 Wisconsin 73, Nebraska 65

Brad Davison scored 21 points and became Wisconsin’s all-time leader in 3-pointers made to help the Badgers to a victory over the Cornhuskers in a Big Ten Conference game in Lincoln, Neb.

Johnny Davis had 13 points, all in the second half, and nine rebounds, and Chucky Hepburn scored 13 for Wisconsin (16-3, 7-2 Big Ten), which bounced back from an 86-74 loss at home on Friday to then-No. 14 Michigan State. Tyler Wahl, who missed the Michigan State game with an ankle injury, had 10 rebounds in 22 minutes to help the Badgers to a 47-34 advantage on the glass.

Freshman Bryce McGowens had 23 points and Alonzo Verge Jr. scored 11 for the Cornhuskers (6-14, 0-9), who played for the first time in 10 games after their game scheduled for Saturday against Ohio State was postponed.

No. 16 Ohio State 75, Minnesota 64
