Team Liquid announced they have signed former Rogue AD carry Steven “Hans sama” Liv, who will move from the LEC to the LCS for the 2022 Spring Split.
Hans sama, 22, joined Rogue two years ago after first entering the LEC with Misfits Gaming since 2016. He moved up to Misfits Premier in July 2019 before leaving for Rogue that November.
“I have been with Rogue for the past 2 years, it s been an amazing time together,” Hans sama tweeted Tuesday “I m grateful for the opportunity they have given me. Learnt so much things once more.. Thank you @Rogue”
With Liquid, Hans sama will join support Yong-in “CoreJJ” Jo and jungler Gabriel “Bwipo” Rau, who also joined the team recently from Fnatic in Europe, along with Lucas “Santorin” Tao Kilmer Larsen and Nicolaj “Jensen” Jensen.
Former TSM mid laner Soren “Bjergsen” Bjerg is also expected to be part of the star-studded lineup, according to a report by Dot Esports.
“After his exceptional performance at Worlds this year, we’re excited to welcome @Hanssama to Team Liquid,” the organization tweeted.
