The Denver Broncos traded rookie cornerback Kary Vincent Jr. to the Philadelphia Eagles on Tuesday for a sixth-round pick in 2022, multiple outlets reported.

The Broncos parlay Vincent, a seventh-round pick in 2021, up one round despite the 22-year-old being inactive for all eight games this season.

With the trades of Vincent on Tuesday and Von Miller on Monday, the Broncos come away with extra picks in the second, third and sixth rounds in 2022, giving them 11 total and five in the first 100 picks.

The Broncos needed to clear roster space with the impending returns of cornerbacks Essang Bassey and Michael Ojemudia.
