San Francisco 49ers left tackle Trent Williams was inactive for Sunday night’s game against the Indianapolis Colts due to ankle and elbow injuries.

Williams was listed as doubtful on Friday’s injury report. Rookie Jaylon Moore is set to make his first career start in place of Williams.

Williams, an eight-time Pro Bowler, started the 49ers’ first five games this season. He has started 138 of 139 games played during his 11-year career.

Moore, a fifth-round pick in this year’s draft, will be making his third overall NFL appearance and second on the offensive line. He played 22 snaps for an injured Williams against the Seattle Seahawks on Oct. 3.

One of the inactives for the Colts was receiver T.Y. Hilton (quadriceps). He was ruled out on Saturday.
